What does "one-time" mean for tryout plans?▼
You pay once per tryout event and get 2 weeks of access. Export your data before access ends — it's yours. No subscription, no recurring charge. If you run spring and fall tryouts, you pay twice per year — or upgrade to a Small Club annual plan which includes unlimited tryout events.
Which registration platforms does it support?▼
SportFormIQ works with all major youth sports registration platforms including GotSport, TeamSnap, and SportsEngine. Export your roster as a CSV, upload it, and the column mapper automatically matches every field including handling GotSport's date format. Other platforms that export standard CSV files will also work.
What if I have no cell signal on the field?▼
The app works fully offline. Evaluations save to your phone locally and sync automatically the moment you reconnect. No app download required — it works in any mobile browser. Tested specifically on iPhone Safari and Android Chrome.
What are Phase 2 features?▼
Features marked Phase 2 are in active development and included in Club and Academy annual plans at no extra cost when they launch. Phase 2 includes the full 20-characteristic eval matrix, development arc, parent PDF reports, formation builder, and Stripe self-serve billing. Expected summer 2026.
What frameworks are the evaluations aligned to?▼
Every evaluation is built on internationally recognized player development frameworks spanning multiple federations. The anchor text — the age-appropriate descriptions coaches see when rating players — adjusts automatically by age group so a U8 and a U14 are evaluated against developmentally appropriate standards. How is player data protected?▼
Each club's data is completely private. Only the authorized admins and coaches for your club can see your players and evaluations — no other club can access your data under any circumstances. Player safety information — allergies and health conditions imported from your roster file — is surfaced only to the authorized coaches in your club.
