A banner notifies you when you reach your plan's player limit. Existing players remain accessible. New imports beyond the limit are blocked until you upgrade or remove players. No surprise overage charges.
Yes. If you purchased a one-time tryout or camp product and decide to upgrade to an annual tier, you pay the difference between your one-time purchase and the new annual tier and get full annual benefits for the remainder of the year. One one-time purchase rolls toward upgrade; you cannot accumulate multiple toward a single upgrade.
One-time products are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are prorated on cancellation. A 7-day grace period applies on lapsed annual subscriptions before accounts move to read-only.
Yes. Every annual tier (Small Club, Club, Academy) includes unlimited camp evaluations through the subscription year. Camps run during the season carry no per-event fee on annual plans.
Upgrade to the next tier. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your subscription year. Existing player data persists across the upgrade with no migration.
